Strategies for Growth in the Evolving Landscape of Professional Services
The Digital Leaders Forum is a global network of senior executives working within the world’s largest and most innovative project-based businesses. Join us and become part of this global network.
On the 27th June, the Digital Leaders Forum will come together for our first round-table session of 2018. The Club meets quarterly to discuss major challenges to decision-makers across the professional services landscape. Our mission is to give our members the competitive advantage on all things digital.
The Professional Services Landscape is evolving rapidly; competition & globalisation are squeezing margins, and clients are increasingly demanding more modular, outcomes-based contracts. The routes to revenue growth are more difficult to see than ever before. Technology promises to be the solution, claiming efficiency improving by 22% & saving 5% of time spent on all projects by 2020 (Accenture). Professional Services organisations for years have focused on their clients’ digital transitions; but a Deltek survey of this same sector found that only 19% of C-Level leaders admit their firms will be digitally “mature” or “advanced” within five years. So, why are business leaders reluctant to change when it comes to their own internal functions?
Digitisation is a hard pill to swallow for Professional Services. Often synonymous with cuts, inevitably demotivating the workforce; or pushing crucial resource towards transformation and away from client delivery, hurting the bottom line. Technology cannot be ignored but the benefits must outweigh the risks. So, what are the drivers for success & growth in 2018 and beyond?
On the 27th June 6.30pm, the Digital Leaders Forum will unite 15 senior leaders from London’s most cutting-edge Professional Services Organisations to tackle this topic. Meeting at the Covent Garden Hotel for a roundtable discussion and an award-winning 3-course meal, we’ll ask:
A special thank you to our club’s founding partner, Deltek, for their continued support of the Digital Leaders Forum.
